ERP · HRMS · payroll · operational control

ERP, HRMS and payroll systems designed around accountable operational truth.

I work on enterprise systems where HR, attendance, payroll, inventory, procurement, finance and manufacturing data must reconcile instead of living in isolated tools.

Attendance-to-payroll validation pipelines
Role, approval and maker-checker control design
Audit trails and source-reference integrity
Manufacturing workflows designed for manual/operator entry where machines are not connected

The integration problem matters more than the module list.

Organizations rarely fail because they do not have enough modules. They fail when employee, stock, procurement, production or finance records disagree and people rebuild the truth manually.

I design around the cross-functional flow: where a record originates, who can approve it, what downstream system can consume it, and how corrections remain traceable.

Core capability areas

  • Employee records, attendance validation and payroll readiness
  • Biometric-device ingestion and exception handling
  • Inventory, warehouse and traceable stock movement
  • Procurement, approvals, receiving and reconciliation
  • Manufacturing execution using operator entry, files, barcode/QR and terminals
  • Finance integration, executive reporting and audit evidence
03

Designed for imperfect real-world inputs.

Operational data arrives late, repeats, crosses shift boundaries and sometimes disappears when devices or networks fail. The system therefore needs durable raw records, idempotent processing, exception queues and explicit validation states.

Payroll and finance should consume validated operational truth—not whichever event happened to arrive most recently.
